EPS 708 is an advanced
diesel test bench, while its
testing capabilities are
limited only to the Common
Rail system. Test bench
after putting appropriate
add-ons becomes a complete
test bench for Common Rail
injectors and pumps.
Note: it is not possible to
expand the EPS 708 test
bench for components from
other diesel injection
systems than Common Rail.
For unit injectors from VW group and trucks and unit pumps from PLD system we offer Carbon Zapp MTBR-E diesel test bench which can also test Common Rail injectors and pumps.

Common Rail pumps add-on
This equipment allows you to test Common Rail pumps of different manufacturers with testing oil pressure up to 2500 bars. Depending on the selected equipment test bench performs the test of pumps: Bosch CP1 in all varieties, CP3 in all varieties, CP4, Delphi DFP1, DFP3, Denso HP2, HP3, HP4 and VDO/Siemens/Continental pumps. There is a possibility of the expansion of the test bench which adds lubricate oil supply, making it possible to test Common Rail engine oil lubricated pumps e.g. Bosch CP 3.4 used mainly in trucks and agricultural machines.
Since 2015 it is possible to test also the newest type of Bosch CR pumps: CP4.
This section applies to the workshop of repair of diesel pumps, therefore, add-ons for the CR injectors are presented in the section of the injectors laboratory.
Each test bench requires the purchase of additional items that were not presented in above description. The complete equipment is offered to interested customers in the form of an offer.
