Choose test bench or set of tools for diesel pumps repair

In this section will be described only add-ons for Common Rail pumps. Add-ons for injectors and unit injectors are described in the section
Injectors laboratory.
MTBR/e test bench generates pressure up to 2800Bar for Common Rail system. MTBR/e includes an electronically opening protective cover. MTBR is powered by three-phase mains, it doesn't require compressed air connection. Test bench is air-cooled and therefore does not require connection with water / sewage. For CR pump testing test bench is equipped with a static weight measurement system. For testing CR injectors, unit Injector and HEUI systems test bench uses the built-in dynamic weight measurement system. Test bench operates in fully automatic mode and enables fast testing of diesel components. The testbench is configured for the needs of the customer by choosing the appropriate adapter and adapters. The steering board is fully protected from being damaged when connecting a component with a short-circuit between pins or to the ground. The information is displayed on the 15" touch screen with Android. Reports can be printed via WiFi, send to Dropbox, etc., or saved in PDF on pendrive. Software and the database is automatically updated via WiFi. As in all other Carbon Zapp devices, software and its updates, including databases are free. The usage of all testbench functions, including generating of new codes for injectors proceeds without the need to purchase "credits", as is the case in some devices of other companies. MTBR had its world premiere at the Automechanika Frankfurt in 2016.
Common Rail pumps add-on
Unit pumps from PLD system are used in trucks and buses already since 1995. They are produced on a large scale even today and in many of the latest models.
It has been applied, in trucks like Mercedes, for example Actros, Atego and many others of this brand, in some models of DAF like XF, CF, Renault Magnum, buses: Mercedes Benz, Setra, Liebherr cranes.
This means a powerful market for testing and reconditioning of PLD pumps.
Cambox add-on along with Carbon Zapp MTBR-E paves the way for testing and remanufacture of these components on the highest level.
The transmission takes place through appropriately designed cam system. After using special adapters selected by the test bench it is possible to test parameters of all Bosch and Delphi unit pumps with a printout of the report.
The injection doses are measured in several loads at different rpm and the moment of occurrence of the signal current curve bend of unit pump so called BIP signal which indicates the moment of closing of the control valve. Each test parameter reference is made to the database with the given tolerance. The table shall evaluate each parameter automatically.
Cambox also allows you to test the unit injectors from trucks and passanger cars, for example. Volvo, Scania, Iveco and VW Group.

Compact test bench for professionals which supports all modern diesel injection systems on the market from vehicles and industrial machinery.
Carbon Zapp MTBR tests all types and brands of CRDi injectors, CR pumps, unit injectors EUI, unit pumps EUP and HEUI systems.
The test bench is available in three versions:
- MTBR/p - test bench only for Common Rail pumps without the possibility of expanding to other components
- MTBR/i - test bench only for Common Rail injectors without the possibility of expanding to other components
- MTBR/e - an universal test bench, which supports all types of add-ons.

Carbon Zapp predicted modular configuration of add-ons for high pressure pumps. Set for Bosch CP1 and CP3 pumps is included as standard equipment of the MTBR. Carbon Zapp offers also kits for pumps Delphi, Denso and Siemens VDO Continental pumps.
Kit for CP4 will be available at a later date. Testing procedure covers all the important parameters of Common Rail pumps as flowrate and high pressure at different loads and rpms, and with different current steering of the lowe pressure valve ZME, IMV, SCV, VCV or high pressure valve like DRV, PCV.
